The Stapler Collector
Once upon a time, there was a dog named Cloud that collected staplers. Cloud would come by his home office and grab his stapler. When Steve tried looking for the stapler, he heard the dog in the closet down the hallway outside his home office. When the dog turned around and saw Steve, the dog looked surprised.
The dog was hiding something in the closet. All he heard was the dog stacking objects in the closet. When Steve looked in the closet, he saw over 100 staplers on the floor. All of them were stolen. Sometimes he lets Cloud outside to sit on the lawn but how did Cloud obtain all of these staplers?
The next time Cloud was outside, Steve planted a camera out in front of the home to answer that question. One day, he went away to run some errands. When he returned, it was the same pattern again. Now the stapler stash was hidden underneath his bed.
When Steve reviewed the camera footage, he saw a squirrel enter the lawn dragging a stapler. Cloud would take the stapler and enter the home. When that happened, the squirrel would leave and return with another stapler.
This interchange went on for two hours. When the squirrel left for the final time and Cloud went back into the house, Steve arrived home.
