As a busy working mom, I rely on coffee to fuel me through chaotic mornings of getting ready for the long commute and catching up on emails before logging into work. I’d been drinking up to three large cups daily for years. I assumed I just needed that caffeine kick to function.

Withdrawing Was Not Fun
I decided to give it a try for 30 days. I knew it wouldn’t be easy so I had some healthier energizing drinks on hand to curb cravings. The first week was rough, I won’t lie.
I missed the comfort of my morning brew ritual and definitely felt fatigue, headaches, and crankiness from withdrawal. But I focused on the goal ahead and trucked through.
